Minister of Dayspring

The Rev. Dr. Heinrich Grosskopf

Heinrich was previously at Knox-Zion Church, Carberry, MB since February 2004. He and his family are originally from South Africa where he served as a minister in the Dutch Reformed Church since 1991.

In South Africa, Heinrich did post-graduate studies in pastoral care which included earning an M.Th. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology.

Heinrich loves the outdoors, gardening, travelling, bicycling, just started golfing with his wife, recently took up skiing, has learned how to curl, takes great interest in the “world of ideas” and helping people grow spiritually (not necessarily in this sequence).

Under Heinrich's leadership, the Dayspring congregation continues to place a strong emphasis on worship, pastoral care, and service.
