Session is responsible for the spiritual life and order of the Dayspring congregation The Board is responsible for financial assessment and facilities operations and planning Oversees the Christian education programs at Dayspring: church school, youth ministry, and adult bible study and education About Committees of Session and the Board of Managers Facilitating internal and external publicity of our events and mission Social events, Sunday fellowship, and assimilating new members Recruits volunteers for committees and Board through nominations Mission education, participation in mission, evangelism, and financial planning Manages our paid staff positions Assists the minister with worship and spiritual care for those unable to attend regular services Encourages talent and financial commitments within the congregation Organises and plans aspects of regular and special worship services including ushers, readers, and decorations
